Philippe Hiquily was a French sculptor and designer, trained at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris. Influenced by his friendship with Marcel Duchamp, Hiquily is known for his surrealist works. The artist produced biomorphic furniture and erotic sculptures, combining an imaginative and whimsical approach to design. In addition, Jean-Marc Lelouch edited exclusively Philippe Hiquily with whom he had the privilege of collaborating.
