Manuel Marin Artwork. Painted steel mobile. Circa 2000, Sapin. Very good condition. Manuel Marín is a Spanish sculptor, born in 1942 in Cieza and residing in Alhaurín de la Torre. At age 20 he met Henry Moore in London, who hired him as an assistant to cast bronze sculptures. In 1964 he moved to New York, where he opened his own art gallery. Influenced by Alexander Calder and by Joan Miró, he is the author of colorful mobile sculptures.
